A lot of people don’t realize that you can save a lot of money by taking the time and effort to do certain things.
For example a person can save money simply by going through the newspaper and saving coupons. There are also multiple apps that offer coupons for various other stores. I myself am a couponer. I like to save money and over time the money does add up. Another big way to save money and energy is within your home. You can do this by maintaining and cleaning your HVAC system. An HVAC system is one of the only systems in your home that drains more energy dollars and energy than any other system that you may have. I have been told by my HVAC technician that almost half of my utility bill cost is due to my heating and cooling system. I never would have realized some of these facts until I called my HVAC technician to do seasonal maintenance. By him doing the seasonal maintenance I have decreased my utility cost bill each month, and I have saved myself from my HVAC system breaking down on me. I have even been told by an HVAC technician that within the next two years I can upgrade my HVAC system to a more efficient and modern one. By doing this I would also save even more energy and money. I am hoping that within the next year I will not be living in my house with this old HVAC system. I feel like the HVAC system will not last another year. I feel sorry for the next owners who move into my home and have to deal with the old HVAC system and its repairs.
