I asked him when the last time he changed the air filter & he told me about two years ago
I try to go to my Grandfatherrents household every weekend. I am the only grandchild that ever goes every week. I live about 15 minutes from their household so I try to visit them as much as I can. My Grandmother is 85 & my Grandfather is almost 90 years old. They look good for their age But they are not really active when it comes to leaving their household or doing things around the house. When I go there every weekend I ask to see if they need help with anything, last weekend I had to help them pull some weeds out of their flower beds. It was really tepid out that afternoon & I am not a fan of pulling weeds, but it is something that they needed help with. When I went over this weekend my Grandfather told me that he needed help going downstairs to the basement to change the Heating and Air Conditioning filter. I am respected with changing Heating and Air Conditioning filters because I change them in my household every four months. By changing my Heating and Air Conditioning air filter every four months, it optimizes my air quality & gets rid of any harmful particles or dust. When my Grandfather & I opened up the slot for the air filter I saw that the air filter was completely blocked. I asked him when the last time he changed the air filter & he told me about two years ago. I told him that he should not wait to change the air filter that long again… He said that he forgot to do so but remembered when he looked outside & saw his neighbor had an Heating and Air Conditioning van outside of their house.
