A boiler rental for my winery

It also is nice in case something happens to the boiler

I started out making wine in my parent’s basement and my product slowly took off. More and more people heard about it and started begging for it to be released in liquor stores. I then got enough business to open a winery. I started with a fairly small building on my grape fields that has a ductless heat pump system to provide heating and cooling. Now it has been ten years and the building just isn’t cutting it. I am in the process of building a giant facility that I can store all my products in. I need more wine tanks, employees and storage. I also need something a little more powerful than a heat pump system. Since my winery is in the north, I am thinking I could get by with only a heating system. I have plenty of windows and might install a ventilation system to keep it fairly cool. My area gets to be around -20 degrees. I need hardcore heating and a boiler can offer me that. I have looked at industrial boiler systems and they are so expensive. Since I am building an entire facility, buying more wine tanks and carboys, I am tight for cash. Thankfully the exact boiler I want is available for temporary boiler rental. I can just pay a fee each month to own the boiler and it won’t break the bank for me. It also is nice in case something happens to the boiler. The company I rent it from will be there within a few hours to do the repair and they knock money off my bill. Doesn’t sound like a bad deal to me.
