When we ended up moving last year, all of us had to transfer completely from 1 side of the country to the other, it was a sudden move, too, plus so all of us were one hundred percent unprepared for what all of us were dealing with.
We ended up working with a realtor over the phone plus she assured us that the home that all of us were purchasing had a genuinely great new roof, new appliances, plus a brand new heating and cooling system that all of us would love.
However, when all of us entirely made the trip across the country to get to the new task plus the new house, all of us ended up learning that the home wasn’t exactly what all of us had expected. It had a new roof, however it was 1 of those strange red tin roofs that you see on barns sometimes, then the appliances were new, but at the same time they were the 1s that are made to look care about they came out of a 1950s era living room. They were a bright turquoise color with shiny steel handles. The real problem came when all of us got a superb look at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit in the house. The realtor had told us that the home had a new heating plus cooling system. Every one of us were expecting central a/c plus an electric gas furnace or an oil gas furnace, or maybe even a heat pump; When all of us started off the hunt just looking around the house, all of us couldn’t even find a temperature control unit somewhere! The brand new heating plus cooling units that the realtor told us about were a window unit a/c in the kitchen plus an electric part gas furnace in the living room. I couldn’t even believe my eyes!
