Budgeting for my first office commercial air conditioning

Armed with capital, I am now ready to start my business.

I think I have saved enough to be able to take care of my labor and production costs for the next few months before realizing a profit.

Since I am setting up a sewing workshop for 5 employees, I thought it wise to consult an a/c professional before I can invest in a reliable commercial air conditioning system that can also allow for energy saving help. In an attempt to get the best deal, I detailed the kind of commercial air conditioning I need for my workshop to the local contractor before narrowing down my last choice to something between a ductless heat pump and a furnace/heater. More importantly, as a lady, I considered space, aesthetics and the like, something that provides more room for my equipment but the a/c rep being a man, wasn’t really getting me! For now, I just wanted him to unmount the tired ductless HVAC I found there. In fact, if i could afford it, and convince the landlord otherwise, I’d go for heated floors instead of a mounted mini split air conditioner. And since the installation I wanted was at my cost, the landlord didn’t mind the mounting but he suggested that I watch my a/c repairman closely because they tend to be unreliable around here especially when it comes to routine furnace/heater repair or heat pump repair. Not many landlords are accommodating and helpful as my landlord but I wanted him to realise the importance of having efficient heating and cooling systems in place because productivity or better lifestyle can be achieved when the mind and body is nourished with quality air
