Something that I honestly cannot stand is the court system.
I’ve been to court for dumb things like speeding tickets and then for more serious things like child custody.
I can’t even tell you why, but I can never win in court. I cannot recall one time where I was ever able to get a break. Not to mention, I can’t stand how brutally uncomfortable a courtroom is in general. If you go in for something like a speeding ticket, you’re going to be in a stuffy courtroom that is totally packed and the judge just pushes the cases through like clockwork while everybody is sweating without enough air conditioning. You would think with all the money they make from all the fees they collect from the people, they would be able to afford to keep up with the HVAC system! The last court room I was in, the HVAC system seemed like it was not even turned on. It’s hard to focus on winning a case, especially for child custody when you’re feeling too overheated and actually sweating. I think the judge looked at that as a weakness of some sort and was absolutely cruel to me. Unfortunately, my ex-wife got full custody and treated me like crap, even though she was neglecting our son and I had plenty of proof of that. I guess it doesn’t matter though, not in this rigged system where they typically favor the mother over the father in child custody cases. It didn’t matter how many times she went to jail for messed up things like drug possession, this judge thought that she was fit to raise our child! I never had been to jail and I had good temperature control settings at home with an HVAC system I kept up with regularly. I just don’t get it.
