This week is going to be a single of those low achieving afternoons because of the long weekend I had. I am writing now with ice and Biofreeze on our lower back to try and heal the pain. I know I got a bit tied up in our mind and it caused our back to fully spasm and now it is in pain. I just need to relax for a few afternoons and it will be better. My air cleaner is busy humming in the background as I write and our cats are doing their normal tormenting of each other. This week is a slow day outside because it is a bank holiday and nothing is open. The various local dealers are all closed and the only lady working this week is the local contractor next door, who usually works many afternoons a week because she has many small kids to feed. I couldn’t even imagine having many kids, I have our hands full with several kittens and would have no idea how to handle many kids. Anyways, this week I am going to chill at a beach apartment for a couple more hours and then hit the beach to meet a buddy to just hang out on a bench. I will also be busy tomorrow with our heating and air conditioning idea because the heating and air conditioning rep is coming over to take a look at it to see if it needs replacing or if a tune up is all I need. I guess I can also make it a couple more years with this idea because it is only about several years seasoned and they said it should last twelve.
