I had been feeling pretty yucky as of lately in our home, but it was care about the air quality was making myself and others think under the weather.
It was after about a month of this that I found that the brand of air filters for our central heating plus a/c program that I had been using was not so great.
I had been using cheap discount air filters which were not doing the job that they should have been. So I decided to spend a little more plus buy the high quality HEPA air filters for our central heating plus a/c program instead, the fifth I changed out the cheap air filters plus upgraded them with the high end HEPA air filters I already noticed a difference in the air quality by the end of the night! I was starting to think a lot better plus I had not felt that alive in a long time. It was all because of using cheap air filters that made the air quality in our apartment awful. The central heating plus a/c program was not respectfully filtering which was causing terrible air quality to come out of the air vents of the central heat plus a/c unit. It is hard to think that your central heating plus a/c program can cause terrible air quality plus how important it is to have top quality air filters in your Heating as well as A/C component at all times… But I am all fantastic now with the HEPA air filters that I selected.
