I am getting to the age where a lot of my friends are buying houses.
Most of my friends live in their own apartments or their own homes however I still live with my parents.
I am trying to save up a wonderful amount of currency & pay off as much of my student loans as I can so I can live in a home that I want to live in & not have to worry about scrambling for currency because I still need to pay for my student loans. I have about a year-and-a-half until I am done paying my student loans, one of my best friends just bought their first house. I thought that my friend jumped the gun on buying this home simply because the location was truly convenient to where she worked. Her home is seriously small & pretty old. I thought that the home was going to come with a lot of features, but it did not. The home does not have central air conditioning. When I went to help my friend unpack & transfer in, it was in the middle of summer time & my buddy and I were perspiring. She was asking whether or not she should install central air conditioning by the time everything was moved in. I told her that to save currency she entirely doesn’t have to install central air conditioning. It’s just going to cost her a few grand & since her home is so small she could install small window air conditioning units. Since her home is so small, installing window AC units was not only going to save her currency but it would cool her home truly abruptly.
