I graduated from heating plus a/c school about a year ago; Today I am toiling as a certified heating plus a/c specialist for one of our local heating plus cooling companies here in town, but however when I first got out of heating plus a/c school it was damn near impossible to get a task! Most of the heating plus a/c companies flat out refused to hire someone fresh out of heating plus a/c school that has had no experience in the heating plus a/c world.
How on earth is someone supposed to get experience if no one will hire you! That was the main question I kept asking; And of course they could provide me no answer. It was not until almost 6 months later when this one local heating plus a/c supplier was particular ly looking to hire new plus fresh upcoming heating plus a/c specialists to provide them the experience. The reason for this was actually because they desperately needed help, however whatever, I actually didn’t care because it was a task plus a kick start to my work in the heating plus a/c business! I was off to a enjoyable start plus felt like I had been doing it for years once I was actually on my second heating plus a/c repair task. I still am toiling at that heating plus a/c supplier this week. That is how wonderful they actually are plus they are talking about giving me a raise sometime soon as well. I can’t complain really! But it was difficult to get here!
