The Winter season hits us quickly here in our area and our home goes from hot to cold in the matter of a few weeks.
I care about this kind of frigid weather though, as opposed to the south where it never gets too cold during the Winter season, just less hot.
I want to get radiant floors in our flat here in northern Europe because our feet always ache when they are cold while walking on the cold wood flooring. I believe I can get the floors put in for a good price before Winter season comes so I am going to go to the local contractor which sells the radiant floors to see how much it would set myself and others back. I don’t believe how many pairs of winter socks I have gone through over the decades although I bet it would spend money for a great chunk of the flooring because custom made winter socks aren’t cheap. I have a great Heating as well as A/C plan however it doesn’t do anything for our chilly floors as they remain cold even when the flat is warmed to 74F on those freezing cold Winter mornings. I bet I have just enough currency in our savings account to spend money for the new floors, and if I don’t they also do a financing method for many years so our weekly payment would be rather minimal. I also need to get our Heating as well as A/C plan tuned up soon because it has been almost a year since doing so and I believe I am losing some efficiency when it comes to heating up and cooling down our flat.
