That’s why I have always been super lenient about my pet policy for my home rentals. However, my last renter has almost made myself and others change my mind. I I knew they had a 30 lb animal when they moved in even though I did not realize that my renters evidently did not know in using a vacuum cleaner. When they moved out, there was animal hair everywhere. It was super embedded into the carpet in addition to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan was also full of animal hair. When I say the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan was full of animal here I mean it was full of animal hair. It was in the air duct in addition to trapped in the vents in addition to even inside of the Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit itself. I haven’t even mentioned yet how full of animal hair the air filter was. It was disgusting. It looked appreciate a dryer filter after using the dryer for several weeks without decreasing it. Of course, I called in my official Heating as well as Air Conditioning company to come in addition to wash out my entire Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. I also had them do a thorough air duct clean. The foreman told myself and others I was fortunate that my renters moved out when they did. If my Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan had gone on a little bit longer, being that dirty, it wouldn’t have survived. Now I’m worrying about my other Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems in my other rental houses. Most of my renters have cats or cats. I suppose I’m going to beginning scheduling Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair at least once a year for all of my rental properties. That will be a lot cheaper than replacing my Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems anyway.
