I like traveling as much as possible.
I care about to get in a car and hit the open road the most.
I believe it to be the closest I ever get to true freedom. Sure, some people believe that it’s entirely convenient to go to the airport and hop on an airplane. I understand that you can arrive at your endpoint much faster than if you are driving. However, to myself and others I am not willing to trade in our freedom & control just to get somewhere a bit faster. It’s so much less comfortable and more stressful. Also, I do not understand how people consider cruise ships to be a fun holiday. For me, a boat or ship is just another form of transportation. Where are you going? Why are not you getting off the boat? The thought of being stuck on the ocean in a closed vessel freaks myself and others out. Mostly, I began pondering the on-board indoor air conditions. What if the HVAC systems on the ship chopped down? Do they have enough on board HVAC professionals willing to make repairs on the large central heating and cooling systems that power the ship? Is there enough natural ventilation in there if they cannot get the air temperature control unit up and running again? Can you even open up the port windows on your stuffy little cruise ship rooms? I get easily scared that you would end up stuck inside a closet-sized room with no flowing air. I imagine the air getting quite stagnant and tough to breathe. I somehow I believe that the air will begin heating up to 100 degrees, and there will be nowhere to escape from the uncomfortable Heating. Maybe this is just our disastrous thinking getting ahead of me, even though I do not believe that I could sacrifice our HVAC comfort for a month spent on a ship.
