As soon as the frame is built for your house, you will need to depend on the HVAC technicians in your area to make sure that your house is comfortable once everything is finished and you are able to move in. HVAC technicians do a lot of things for a new house. First, the HVAC technicians make it a top priority to install all of the HVAC ducts and the air returns for your house. If you choose now to use a standard furnace or wood-burning stove, then they will have to work to install the pipes and fixtures for the steam that you will use to heat your house. After this, if your heating system relies on natural gas to run, the HVAC technicians will begin to mold and install the gas line needed to use your heating system. Once the HVAC technicians work with the electricians to get the necessary wires for your HVAC units, they will actually install the heating system that you choose. Once those wires are run, the HVAC technicians will group together and install your furnace in one day. If you choose to purchase a central air conditioner, they will also install that as well. However, there was one thing that I didn’t know HVAC technicians to. Before the electrician ever turns on and the HVAC units can be used, HVAC companies provide temporary furnaces to heat the house while the contractors finish up. That is so cool!
