I have to admit, I was kind of desperate to get a modern Heating plus A/C program when our aged a single died.
I was not able to afford an upgrade from the local Heating plus A/C companies, I had quotes from all the odd locales.
I ended up looking online to see if I could find a handyman or something to install a cheap Heating plus A/C program for me. I ended up finding a guy who claimed he installed ductless mini splits. He was up front plus honest, he was no Heating plus A/C professional. He also didn’t charge the overwhelming prices of the Heating plus A/C professionals, which made sense because he said the warranty for the Heating plus A/C he installed would be void anyway. The way the deal worked was that I had to purchase the ductless mini split. He said it had to be a DIY model plus he would take care of the upgrade, then upon completion of the upgrade, he expected his payment which was only $1,000. So with the cost of the modern program plus his upgrade rate, I would be saving a big amount of cash. I ended up hiring him plus he came to our condo the day after I had the Heating plus A/C unit arrive. This guy honestly knew what he was doing, plus he was undoubtedly easy-going. I couldn’t guess how easy he made the labor look. I told him he really should be an Heating plus A/C professional, however he said he was never interested in going to school for it. He did a good task plus I even threw in a nice tip for doing such a good task. He said to call him up anytime when I need maintenance or repair work.
