I love my new job with corporate apartments

Most of my troubles are with the general service of the place.

I started toiling in the real estate industry roughly 10 years ago. At first I was helping out in an office, answering the phones and typing up letters. Then I got a job toiling as a leasing agent for a condo corporation. I suddenly jumped up to assistant manager after only 3 months. After 6 months, I was the manager for all 200 condos. I learned a great deal from that job. After spending three years toiling in the condo corporation, I got this job. I am a manager for a major corporate building. The bunch of us have one bedroom, two bedrooms, and three bedroom floor models available. All of our corporate rentals are furnished with various appliances, living room furniture, and a residing room suite. All of the corporate rentals have a 50-inch television in the residing area with a sofa bed also. Working for the corporate condo company is a rather easy job, because I never have to be concerned about evictions. I never chase anyone down for rent, most places are paid a year in advance. The rest are automatically deducted from a business account every single month. I rarely have a complication with finances in this place. Most of my troubles are with the general service of the place. The bunch of us have had a taxing time finding a landscaping crew that does a fantastic job for a satisfactory rate. We’re already on our eighth landscaping for this month. It’s strenuous to find a solid crew that can carefully prune bushes, trim trees, and maintain the three hole golf course on one of our other properties. It’s a lot of labor for a small landscaping corporation, but the bunch of us care about sticking with a smaller local corporation.
