I wasn’t happy that the water heater was damaged in shipping

I ordered a tankless water heating system for a single of my residential clients; sales have been up since May, due to an advertisement in the local paper, but it also cost the company a fortune to run the ad in the top rated newspaper in the area… However, it has paid off in immense dividends! My dad used to be the guy in charge of everything; however since he retired, everything has been my responsibility, and all of the company decisions are now mine plus that’s a lot to handle at times.

I’m thankful plus totally lucky to also have a supportive family plus friends.

Most of my family plus friends use my plumbing company for their residential plus commercial needs. I take pride in every task, because I know that shopper repair is extremely important. All of my employees are licensed plumbers with numerous years of experience, then one of my men had finally ordered a tankless water heating system for his Mom last week. I let all of the employees order from the distributor at wholesale prices. I don’t mind if they extend the discount to their family plus friends; however, every one of us is a single large family here plus I care about taking care of my family, but Jack ordered the tankless water heating system on Sunday morning plus it arrived on Tuesday morning. Jack planned to install the water heating system on Wednesday, his next morning off, unluckily, the tankless water heating system was destroyed while in the shipment process, then the entire side of the box was destroyed plus the weather heating system was dented badly. The distributor sent another heating system the next morning plus refunded our shipping costs.
