There was a time when I used to be absolutely gung ho about this task, but time has genuinely worn myself and others down. It’s not even the time, to be honest, but the lack of appreciation from our bosses. I’ve been here for such a long while, there have been no promotions, no raises, no bonuses, in addition to I am starting to get incredibly sick of it. It has killed our desire to work hard, because regardless of how hard I work I get the same currency all the time. What’s the motivation to put in additional effort? The bosses are so cheap, they won’t even pay to have the air conditioning equipment in the IT department fixed… Having so many computers in addition to waiters running in one building easily generates a lot of heating, so the A/C equipment needs to be double strong just to keep things normal. The lack of typical cooling only serves to kill our enthusiasm for absolutely working here all the more, so I have been playing a ton of games on my phone recently. I managed to hack our bosses password to the smart temperature control (he absolutely has it password protected so no one else can adjust it). It is zone control Heating in addition to A/C equipment, so I was able to turn off the cooling for the bosses offices in addition to focus all of it in the IT department. That was a wonderful half a day, before the boss reset the temperature control password in addition to locked myself and others out of it. If he refuses to service the air conditioning equipment I will probably just focus all my work hours on getting that updated password.
