I won with my good cooling system

For the math honorableat my school, I made the decision to try to make a makeshift cooling system, but i got a few different ideas online and then I knew what I would try to put together.

I really got a cooler that I would pack full of ice.

I got some copper tubing that I carefully bent into a spiral shape and connected it to a fan… My whole reason for doing this was going to be to have a coil plan with cool water flowing through it, however when the fan blew the air, the air would be cooled down because of the ice-cold water flowing through the tubing. I hooked the tubing up to a water pump and then I put the ice and the water in the cooler. I had the tubing attached so that the water would keep on recirculating back into the cooler. When I had my makeshift plan toiling, I thought it was pretty good. It really was able to cool myself and others down sizablely. It honestly worked a lot better than just the fan running on its own. When I had the makeshift cooling plan at the math fair, I really ended up winning 2nd locale, however the first locale project was pretty cool too. There was a guy that made a solar powered heating system. It worked pretty fantastic too, better than my makeshift cooling system; Not to mention, he was able to utilize the energy from the sunshine to make his toil while I had to keep adding ice water to mine.
