When our A/C stopped working right, both of us were truly distraught that it was going to cost a lot to repair it; We purchased this home just over a year-and-a-half ago, however a lot has gone wrong since then, but first of all, the plumbing had some dire concerns, then a support beam in the powder room floor needed to be replaced, but so, both of us were worried about a major Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair & how much currency that would set us back.
However, it could not be avoided, so I called & Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair person to come out & take a look.
The first thing that she noticed was that there was a lot of suction where the air filter goes. She said that is different & usually indicates that clog in the intake vent. I had noticed a similar suction since both of us moved in. Whenever I would change the air filter it seems enjoy I had to fight to get the outdated a single out & to put the new a single in. I did not know this was unusual. The cover to the air intake vent was soon removed & the specialist discovered the problem. There was an outdated air filter in the air invent! It did not belong there so I had never thought to look for it. The misplaced air filter was filthy dirty & had truly been there for several years. I was grossed out that my family had been breathing that dirty air for the past multiple years. well the A/C repair lady close the vet back up & both of us all could instantly feal the difference; our A/C was blowing so much freer, and my hubby & I are both blissful that it turned out to be such an easy & inextravagant fix.
