When you get wrapped up with other things, occasionally you forget the important things in yearly life that you are supposed to do.
This was our issue when I forgot to change the air filter in our central heating and a/c system last month! It was long overdue to change the air filter because I usually change it once every few months. So I was a full month late in doing this. What alerted me to this was when I started noticing that I was having allergies. And I thought to myself that it was strange because it isn’t flu symptom season. Then when I noticed that when I was out of the home I was fine, a light bulb went on in our head! I remembered that I had not changed the air filter of our central heating and a/c system! This was the whole reason why I was having allergies! I instantly went to the closet and got out our back stock of HEPA air filters, and I changed that sucker instantly! Within a few minutes I could already tell that the air quality of our condo was improving, and all of those flu symptom symptoms were slowly going away. I must make myself a note to change our air filter for our central heating and a/c system next time. Maybe I should mark it on the calendar! That way I suppose I will not forget no matter how stressed our life may get in the process of things. That should be a great plan to try for next time.
