My air purifier is not working, and it is really disappointing.
I just bought the air purifier about two weeks ago, and it is already not working.
I thought that I bought a nice air purifier because it had a ton of good reviews. It actually had the most positive reviews out of all of the air purifiers that I looked at, and I looked at quite a few. One of the most frequent comments was how durable the air purifier was. I definitely did not expect my air purifier to just stop working only two weeks after I bought it. I am going to call the company that I bought it from today and see if they will give me a full refund. I am thinking about asking for an exchange for a new one instead of a refund, but I am just not sure about that. If the first one that I got stopped working, who is to say that the second one won’t stop working as well. The only reason that I am even contemplating exchanging for a new air purifier is because of the thousands of positive reviews that this specific air purifier has. If it wasn’t for all of those good reviews, I would definitely be getting a different air purifier from a totally different company. I may just give this company one more try. If my second air purifier does not work, I will get a refund and invest in a different brand of air purifier. I just want a working air purifier for these crazy times. I have the worst of luck sometimes.
