My beach apartment office needed some major updates

After the quarantine was lifted, I still stayed beach apartment with my adolescents. The boss allowed many staff members to continue working from home. The two of us were still getting things done on time and working efficiently. I wanted to continue working from beach apartment and my boss agreed. Now that I am beach apartment all the time, I needed an office to dedicate to work. I decided to turn the laundry room into a beach apartment office. The laundry is easily large, and the people I was with and I do not disinfect or dry clothes in that particular room. The two of us keep the laundry machines in the garage. The laundry room has always been a storage space, but I saw room for improvements. My hubby agreed to help me turn the room into a small working office with a printer, desk, laptop, and chair. One of the biggest upgrades was a portable AC. The room does not have air duct for some reason. The suggestion the people I was with and I heard from nearly every Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional waas to buy a portable or ductless A/C unit for the space. The two of us decided on a portable A/C unit, because it was a bit cheaper. I keep the A/C unit on a small shelf behind my desk. The air blows on the back of my neck and it feels great. I can adjust the direction of the airflow and I can transport the machine to a variety of unusual spots. The ducting needs to reach the window, but I have many feet of tubing. The machine is quiet, powerful, and harshly flexible. I am much cooler thanks to the portable air cooling machine.
