I never would have thought that a garage could bring myself and others so much happiness.
I mean, I’m not undoubtedly a garage sort of guy.
While I have always had a garage in the 2 homes we’ve owned, they were sort of an afterthought really. I don’t happen to be one of those boys who comes home from the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C at toil to go tinker on engines in the garage. I’m doing pretty great if I can simply keep the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C air filter changed each week. No, I’m not any sort of handyman type at all. When I come home to the quality heating and air of our house, it’s always been family time. And I’ve loved that. I consider myself pretty fortunate to have been able to be so involved with our youngsters and share all that with our fiance. That’s been just such a blessing. The people I was with and I have three girls and it’s been a trip to raise those women. But these mornings, old dad needs a bit of peace from the drama occasionally. I don’t have a basement and there is no man cave I can retreat to. So I took a friend’s advice and had a ductless heat pump installed in the garage. This was the perfect answer. It made myself and others clean up and organize the space to start with. Then I put in a sort of activity bench where I can rest on a bar stool and be in the quiet. But I still get all that quality heating and air thanks to the ductless heat pump.
