My neighbor is the kind of person that has to take the time to show you every cool new thing that they have in their house… He doesn’t understand that both of us don’t constantly care about the new this or that that he recently bought, but to be nice to him, both of us constantly look. I suppose my greatest struggle is that he is able to afford all of the nicer things that I wished that I had, recently, he was showing myself and others the new gas furnace that he had in his house. His gas furnace was about a decade old, and he decided to call the Heating and A/C serviceman to install a new gas furnace for him. His gas furnace was in spotless condition because the same Heating and A/C serviceman had been inspecting and maintaining the gas furnace ever since he bought it. However, since he felt that he would be able to save more money with a new gas furnace, he bought one on the spot, however since he was getting a new gas furnace, he also decided to add a few more vents in the rooms that had a little draft. I was ecstatic that my neighbor got a new gas furnace, but I was also jealous at the same time. His outdated gas furnace was at least 10 years newer than the gas furnace that was currently in my house, but there was no way that I was going to be able to afford a new gas furnace for my house. I wish that I could just have his outdated gas furnace, which would have been a lot nicer than the gas furnace I currently use.
