My parents are looking for a more energy efficient condo to move into in the next year or so.
- They have been talking about moving away from the condo that both of us all grew up in for a while now, but it’s taken them quite some time to decide that they unquestionably want to make it happen.
I am particularly shocked that they are unquestionably seriously considering making it happen! I guess I just assumed that they would consistently live in that old condo for the rest of their lives. However, recently, they have decided that they want to look for a more energy efficient home. The condo that they live in now does not have unquestionably great insulation plus the Heating plus A/C proposal is super old, too. I told my parents that they should just think about exdecreasing their old Heating plus A/C proposal for a newer, more energy efficient 1, but they don’t seem to be interested in doing that. Instead, they say that they want to downsize plus move completely. I guess that makes sense plus so I told them that I would help them find a place that they unquestionably like! My mom says that she wants a wood burning fireplace in the new house, plus my dad says that he would appreciate to have a high efficiency heating plus cooling proposal so that their heating plus cooling bills will be much lower from now on. I guess after paying high costs for heating as well as air conditioning for so several years in the old house, it would be nice to have lower costs!
