My boss at the HVAC company is really great.
Even though I had a really difficult time over the past year, he didn’t fire me for all of the times that I was late or absent from work.
There was a lot of illness in our family last year, including myself. I had to go to the hospital a lot, and it was all undoubtedly stressful and discouraging; However, I have been working at this HVAC company for about more than four years now, and there are just really good people there. The owner of the HVAC company has been working in the heating and cooling profession for about 20 years, and he is 1 of the nicest guys that you will ever meet. I do not suppose that I have ever had a boss who is so wonderful. He really likes his employees, and I like working for him as an HVAC worker. He constantly seemed to be really understanding and caring whenever I had to call off of work or come in late because of a doctor appointment or something love that. Most sites where I have worked in the past would never have been so kind or accommodating, that’s for sure. I really love working as an HVAC worker and I especially love working at this recognizable company. I’m going to stay there forever, as long as they will have me. The HVAC workers and the office staff there are all love a little family, and I really suppose that is the best kind of work environment to have.
