So this Thursday both of us made a beeline to my neighbor’s housewarming celebration within the gated community. It was meant to be a private garden celebration however turns out both of us were fewer than anticipated so they moved us indoors. Now most houses in this neighbourhood are aged town houses that are well beyond their prime life however renovations have been going on for a while. My house was recently done with heat pump repair plus my neighbor’s house was next however both of us dint understand why he moved into a house with incomplete renovation work, however the celebration was less than eventful plus pretty much everyone kept leaving the house for fresh air outside plus coming back in. Needless to say, this house lacked acceptable cooling however at least the agents were working on upgrading the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems. To reduce rising oil furnace/heater repair cases, they were installing appliances that encourage energy saving help. Top priority was installation of ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C, ductless heat pump, which some think as mini cut A/C system. There were 5 houses under renovation at the moment plus the local contractor who apparently specialised in commercial A/C plan was assigned the task to liaise with a property owner-appointed cooling system professional to ensure that every substitute went as planned. The property owner himself recently installed radiant floors for his personal units when he renovated his units. Since he lives in the same compound with us, he understood exactly what his renters were going through although I had a single question for him to answer why as an cooling system rep himself, why did he have to rely on a hired cooling system repairman to do the job!
