He gave to help me out by telling me about Heating & Air Conditioning service plans, if I were to sign up for a single I would be able to save money on the costs of repairs. I gave it some thought and discussed the plans further with the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier before deciding that it was right for me. It was the right option because I later had our a/c repaired.
