Donna was due to fly out of the country and had a million things to do before the day of her flight.
She would return a month later from the business trip… On her list of things to do were several crucial errands.
Apart from that, she had several appointments with specialists to come and repair several things in the house; however, the first lady who came to the condo was an AC specialist… Donna had an old thermostat which she was finding cumbersome to use. She wanted a smart thermostat installed in the house, which was why the AC expert came. After the task was complete, Donna did several other things and left for her business trip, however when she came back, it was summer, and the heat was intense all over. She went straight to the AC system in her condo and turned it on. However, the thermostat wasn’t toiling as she had actually hoped, it was set on heat mode, and Donna tried in vain to switch the smart thermostat to cool mode. Donna was disappointed because it seemed the AC mechanic had not installed the thermostat officially. Donna placed a call to the AC supplies and repair supplier to complain. The owner was apologetic for that and promised Donna another heating as well as an A/C expert would repair the issue. However, Donna had to wait until the next day for the aircon specialist to arrive at her condo and repair the smart thermostat. She noted that the previous air cooler professional hadn’t completed the wiring process, which was why the smart thermostat wasn’t toiling as expected. Once the air cooler worker completed the repair, she put everything back and got ready to test the smart thermostat. This time Donna was not in a hurry and made sure it was toiling before the AC specialist left.
