Despite following this advice to the letter, it has become apparent that a repair cannot always be avoided. Commercial AC units come with a blower which helps to distribute air efficiently thus creating very few cold spots. In some instances, the commercial air conditioning unit may not feature a blower and if you want to add it as a feature you may have to call an a/c professional. At this point, you could just choose the first local contractor you come across online, although they tend to charge more when faced with complicated and more sensitive units. A commercial air conditioning system may be fueled by gas or electricity. Mine was the latter and I had to call in the a/c rep to help me figure out why the heating was inconsistent during the day. During the repairing process I learnt that there are signals your mini split air conditioner shows to indicate there is a need for furnace/heater repair. If you notice that the pilot light will not stay on or go out then you may need ductless HVAC repair. You should also look for energy saving help if you suspect that your house is not well insulated. A ductless heat pump may also need repair work if your house never gets to the set temperature on the thermostat . Sometimes you may hear strange sounds such as whining or knocking and this may also signal time for heat pump repair as your fan may be loose, the motor is falling or that wires are loose or not well connected in the heated floors.
