Want a tankless water heater

I recently decided to make the change from a conventional water oil furnace to a tankless alternative.

The method started a few years back, when our tank ruptured and flooded the entire basement.

Along with paying to buy and install a brand new water tank, I also had to deal with the expense and wash up of the water damage. The malfunctioning water tank destroyed our rug, a couch and some workout equipment. Once I started studying up on the subject, I discovered a lot of benefits to tankless water heating. One of the largest advantages is the space savings. A tank is large, unbeautiful and cumbersome. It’s limited on where it can be situated. A tankless option is about the size of a very small suitcase, mounts on the wall and can be installed inside or even outside. It frees up a lot of fancy basement space. While tankless furnaces are more upscale than a tank-style model, they better accommodate replacement parts and last about twice as long, however plus, they are way more energy efficient. Rather than continually reheating water in a tank, the water is heated on-demand. When a faucet is started, the water passes through a heat exchanger to supply instant and endless tepid water. There is no waiting for the water to heat up and no running short. Because the water isn’t stored in a tank, it doesn’t absorb any bad minerals and contaminants, making it much cleaner. I appreciate that the current tankless water oil furnace allows me to set the temperature exactly to our preference and includes advanced safety features.
